Next, a little bit about me......
I have 17 years (plus) of real estate experience including being a life long investor and professional landlord myself. I have been a licensed Broker Associate for 7 years succeeding in selling over 80% of my listings in less than 21 days, most in under 2 weeks, and with no expired listings. I am a highly-dedicated, results-driven individual and my passion is real estate. I am committed to making my clients transactions the most profitable in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of problems and have the experience to do so.
Equally comfortable with buyers and sellers, I bring to our relationship expertise in luxury housing, investing, analysis of real estate portfolios, relocation, new construction and distressed properties. I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and I have an additional 7 years of corporate finance experience to include working internationally for a Fortune 500 company at their overseas headquarters. I, also, gained a tremendous amount of insight as a result of providing broker price opinions for a multi-billion dollar financial services holding company.
